HandOff understands the request and decides which Agentic AI should work, in what order.
Add new tools and the Agentic AI organization keeps growing.
Product preview
Organization, goals, Tasks, and execution flow are connected in one operating screen.
HandOff does not run a request immediately. Inside one Task, it identifies the Agentic AI and tools needed, then proposes an execution flow within permitted access.
Work is not split into many Tasks. Independent steps run in parallel by dependency, and dependent steps continue in sequence. Branching, joining, and separate flows all finish inside one Task.
Organize resumes, coordinate interviews, compare candidates, and draft recruiting status reports.
Check invoices, classify expenses, prepare monthly settlement data, find gaps, and draft approvals.
Collect campaign performance, research competitor content, summarize ad reports, and turn insights into actions.
Review contracts, suggest NDA edits, compare standard agreements, and create compliance response Tasks.
Draft meeting notes, proposals, reports, notices, internal announcements, and review flows.
It does not stop at analysis. HandOff continues through document drafts, owner assignment, approval prep, alerts, and follow-up work.

Access control
Expand agents and tools freely, while controlling who can use what through team policy.
Limit which agents each team or role can use.
Sensitive tools and skills run only within allowed scope.
Automation scales up; permission boundaries stay intact.
How adoption works
You install nothing. Provide a server and we handle setup, integrations and the first agent org.
Product demo
We agree which team and which work goes first, and what systems to connect.
We install it on your server or cloud.
We set up agents and permissions per team, connect tools, automate the repeats, then hand it over.
Connect groupware, approvals, email, calendar, ERP, CRM, and internal APIs around your real operating flow.
FAQ
Common questions about HandOff workflows, tools, and On-premise.
HandOff is an Agentic AI workflow platform. You arrange AI agents like an org chart, and when you make a request HandOff designs a Task workflow, chooses the right agents and tools, and runs the work to completion.
A chatbot mostly answers in one conversation. HandOff turns a request into an executable workflow: analyze → select agents → choose permitted tools → get approval when needed → run steps inside one Task, with files and results carried forward.
HandOff does not jump straight to execution. It first proposes a plan: which agents are needed, in what order, and which tools they may use. After you review and approve, the Task runs and records progress and outputs.
Yes. Independent steps can run in parallel, dependent steps wait for prior results, and branches can finish separately or merge again. Collection, analysis, documents, review, and delivery stay in one Task context.
Yes. Humans set the goal and approve plans or sensitive actions. Agents plan, split work, execute with allowed tools, and leave results. Inbox items appear when a key, permission, or confirmation is required.
You can register and use built-in tools plus Skills/MCP yourself, and you can also create the Skills you need for your work directly in chat. HandOff also supports Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion connectors, with more planned to be added.
Even as tools grow, access stays under team policy. You can limit which agents people may use and which sensitive skills are allowed, so automation expands without removing permission boundaries.
On-premise deploys HandOff on your internal servers or a dedicated server, then connects groupware, ERP, CRM, approval systems, and private APIs to build a company-specific Agentic AI organization with department agents, approval lines, and audit logs. Contact us for deployment.
Skills that need code execution are already supported in the sandbox. Beyond that, we are preparing to connect tools and MCP that require pre-installed runtimes in the environment—for example Playwright-style browsers or other specialized binaries—into workflows. Remote MCP (SSE) and API-style tools can already be registered and used without extra installs.
Korean, English, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese are supported. For On-premise, additional languages can be added to match your company’s needs.
